These USB network adapters have been giving us a headache for a while. 

I have an UE200, and a friend of mine has an UE300, and we have effectively the same issue in our computers.

We, coincidentally, have a 100mbits connection, and on heavy load, specially on upload, the adapters shut down or restart. The UE200 has to be manually restarted by replugging, the UE300 usually restarts itself. Usually. 

I am mostly sure that a sudden, even if small, upload has a chance to shut down my adapter. 

For example, I can host a server for most games for 5~ other computers, for any duration of time, without any issue. 

But attempting to upload a picture has a 50% chance to kill the adapter. 

I have no idea what to do with these adapters. I'm kinda tech savvy, but networking is beyond me. Suggestions?
