Welcome to the community.
Have you tried firmware recovery to see whether Deco M5 could get into recovery mode?
How to use firmware recovery if the Deco become brick
Did only one M5 get to solid yellow and the rest could still be flashing blue after reset?
If there is no chance to get it into firmware recovery mode, please contact the local support team to check for warranty service.
Thank you.
Best regards.

Hi, Based on the SN address, the Deco seemed still in warranty and after testing all the suggestions above, if still no improvement, It is suggested to contact the local support team for warranty service.
Fruztrated welcome to the community.
Have you tried to check whether the Deco was still under warranty? If yes, you could also contact the local support or shop retailer to get the Deco replaced.
Thank you very much.
