Model: Archer AX50
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.9 Build 20200708 rel. 55037

I have recently purchased the Archer AX50 and tried to set it up for my Fibre connection and have had no luck. My old Asus modem works fine. Connecting directly to the modem works fine. I have followed all the steps in the TP Link troubleshooting and no luck. I have tried a crossover ethernet cable for the WAN port as well as straight and nothing. I am not sure what else to try as support is also not getting back to me.

@Jefledge

Hi, have you referred to the below setup video to install the router?
https://www.tp-link.com/support/setup-video/

If you still failed, please refer to the troubleshooting suggestions below to check your settings:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1556/

If this still doesn't help, please show us the WAN status page on the AX50, and tell us who is the ISP, we will confirm.
