Cannot access 2.4 connection

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version:

For some reason, and all of the sudden no one can access the internet via the 2.4G wireless network. When I try it says I made need to change the settings but I have no idea what settings it means or in fact how to do that. Looking for some help.

Here's an example for 2.4 Ghz wireless settings:
