As far as I know, there will be a new firmware for the C20 v5 in the near future, while we cannot provide an ETA now.

 

As for the issue you are experiencing, you may describe them in more details, and verify whether it lies in the 2.4G or 5G network, what troubleshooting you have done, etc, then we will see if we can proceed further.

I too have the same problem in 2.4ghz where the ping spikes randomly but works more than fine in 5ghz it seems a firmware update can fix the problem
