Model: Archer C80
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.7 Build 210308 Rel.60033n(5553)

My router C80 suddenly drops internet connection, it's not stable. Every night I stop the router and turn it on in the morning. The connected devices show that signal is full or medium but the internet doesn't work or it will be dead slow. Many a times the I tried switching to the wired connection at the same time and internet works at full speed.

This issue also happens in the middle of the day some times but the router lights show it's on allthe time.

Can someone suggest a permanent fix ?

@Gunpoint

May we confirm who is your ISP, and what is the WAN connection type on the C80? How about the WAN IP address, is it the same as that when it is working fine?

When you are talking about switching to the wired connection, does it mean connecting the computer to the ISP modem directly, or do you mean connecting to the C80 with an Ethernet cable?

Can we have a ping test when the issue happens, try to ping the IP address of the C80 from the computer when there is no internet, or it is extremely slow as follows, show us the result screenshot, please:

Try MAC clone on the C80, by cloning the PC's MAC to the C80. Connect the laptop to the C80 LAN with an Ethernet cable, clone its wired MAC to the C80 as follows:
