Model: TL-WR845N
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 0.9.1 3.17 v0001.0 Build 201214 Rel.67500n

TL-WR845N keeps freezing very often and is not accessible from the wired or wireless connection. At the moment the internet also does not work. Most frequently, the internet works on mobile phones but not on laptops. Even at those time, the router is not accessible from mobile phones. We have only 4 to 6 wifi users.

@Sam_Nepal

What is the symptom of the freezing issue? Please try to describe the LEDs status when it freezes, can you see its wireless network when it freezes?

You can try to reset it to factory defaults either by pressing the RESET button or doing factory defaults via its web interface page, then reconfigure it from scratch to check again if it will work properly.

Is there any high load or high traffic when the router freezes?

Are you using the original power adapter that came with the box? When did you purchase the router, does the issue happen recently, or it freezes when you began to use it?

Meanwhile, can we have a ping test when the issue happens, try to ping the IP address of the router from the computer when it freezes, show us the result screenshot, please:
