Please ensure the camera firmware is the latest.
Just to confirm, are you able to find the 2.4G network of the AX10 when trying to connect the IP camera to the network? Are all other 2.4G clients still connecting fine? You can try to reset the router and reconfigure it from scratch if that's acceptable, we can escalate the case to the support engineers if the issue persists after that.

@Kevin_Z Hey Kevin, the recent one mesh firmware update has caused my router to cap my speed to 100 Mbps auto-negotiation. The issue is not fixed even after force setting to 1000 Mbps full-duplex causes my internet to disconnect and flashes the internet light orange periodically. Pls help me look at my recent post.
I think downgrading is my only option here but I cannot downgrade

@Kevin_Z I have updated the Archer AX10(EU)_V1.2 to the latest version Archer AX10(EU)_V1.2_210513 via router firmware update section by pressing check update and got updated to last version.
Now WAN is 100MB Full Duplex instead of 1000MB Full Duplex, and the router is set to AUTO NEGOTIATION, if i manually set to 1000MB Full Duplex, the port is not connecting to the internet at all, i have tried with several new cables and is acting the same, on AUTO NEGOTIATION is working on 100MB Full Duplex and if i set manually to 1000MB Full duplex doesn't work at all.
I have factory reset the router 3 times, and the problem persist, not fixed.
This is a firmware bug.

@Kevin_Z it is absurd that I buy this router thinking it supports onemesh and it doesn't. I find myself not able to return this thing. EU v1.2 version here and need onemesh within the week. What other models sold in Europe DO support onemesh for sure? I can't ask the seller which HW version they are selling.

@Pandita_din AX10 v1.20 EU version officially supports onemesh, check in router's page on Advanced tab for update, or by Tether APP on Android phone. I already updated the router and made onemesh with RE305 v4, and is working fine.
