Connecting 2 AX20 routers to work with onemesh
Hi
I have 2 AX20- routers.
Can I setup them to work on the same local network as a mesh device?
My first router is connected to the internet.
The second one is working in Access Point Mode.
But when I look at the Mesh devices, the routers does not see each other.
Can I setup my second AX20 router to work as a mesh device?
Thanks

I'm afraid not. Onemesh only works between Onemesh Router and Onemesh extenders, but not between two Onemesh routers. You can read about it there (Q10):

Hello @doryo and everyone who is looking for Onemesh between two routers,
I'm updating here to let you know that there will be a new feature called EasyMesh added to the TP-Link routers and range extenders, which will allow you to build a mesh network between two routers wirelessly.
Please visit the following thread to know more about how EasyMesh will work, leave your comments there if you have further inquiries:

Thanks.
So the first router is connected to the internet and the scond one as AP
Is it wrong to setup the same SSID on both routers?
Thanks

Even though they cannot build up the same Onemesh network, you can still set up the same SSID on both routers.
