Hi,

 

What is the reason, that since AX73/AX90 without smartphone and using tether app (yes, there are still people without smartphone), is impossible to adjust/control home shield options at all? Such design scares away many users, including me.

Is this design permanent or will there be changes and if so, then when?

HomeShield Pro will require a subscription, which needs to pay with the phone app, so this is only supported on the Tether app. We will keep an eye on this kind of request, and will report to the related department for evaluation.

Ok, Pro is subscription based, but I don't need Pro at all (it's already covered by main router), so I need only Basic stuff and as this is free, then there should be no need for Tether app at all and all free functionality should be adjustable with web browser, like in other models:

The home shield should be as well activated from the web user interface.
