WN821N freezes Windows (WLAN Extensibility Module has failed to start.)

Hello,
my WN821N Adapter for the most part works fine (especially if i reinstall the driver, I have no problems until the next reboot). But sometimes, it freezes Windows completely, and sometimes it drops randomly the connection and the Windows Taskbar Item for Network stops working (if i click on it, it doesn't open).
I tried:
- reinstalling the newest driver
- installing an older driver
- rebooting (obviously)
- 3 different USB Ports

I managed to resolve the issue at least temporarily by unchecking "automatically connect to network" in Windows.
I am installing the provided chipset driver right now and will update in a few minutes if it did change anything.
The Driver date in the Windows Settings look off. I'm a 100% sure I have the newest drivers from the TP-Link website installed.

No, the chipset driver did not resolve my issue.
Also, I'm already on the newest Windows Version.
The problem arises nearly every time I start the computer, yes. (when connect automatically is checked). There is no error message, I just don't have an internet connection and the Windows Wifi Applet doesn't open when I click on it.
I bought the Adapter about 2 years ago and used it without any problems on Linux (Debian Stable) until about 2 months ago. The bugs started when I switched to Windows.

- Press Windows Key + R and enter “services.msc” followed by the ENTER key.
- Find “WLAN AutoConfig” in the list of service, right-click it and select Properties.
- Press Start & change the startup type as "Automatic".
- Restart your computer.
