RE300 "couldn't find IP address" for only some devices
Hello,
My RE300 extender will disconnect all devices approximately once per week (all devices receive "couldn't find IP address"). Typically I can use the app to connect to and reboot the extender allowing all devices to then reconnect.
This cycle occurred again yesterday but now only some devices can reconnect. Our cell phones specifically can no longer connect to either 2.4 or 5 Ghz signals, receiving the "couldn't find IP address" error. However, I can still use the tether app on my phone to interact with the extender.
As other devices can connect and operate normally, I am not sure why the error only seems to effect our cell phones now.
