Hi, can you please tell me power specification of the tp-wa901n for powering device with POE injector (not included one), can it be safely powered with 12v poe?

If I were you I would stick to these official specs. If the ethernet cable is long enough there will be a voltage dropout.
Probably if powered with 12V at the other cable end the voltage may drop to about 9V, but this is guessing - you always can measure it with multimeter though.
