I have a Deco P9 set up with a Sky Hub router in the U.K.

its been amazing for the last few months but in the last week performance is dire. The third P9 keeps dropping offline and I'm desperate to find a fix

I'm not too tech savvy and need some basic guidance. Currently the deco systems is in serial of the sky router. Could I remove the sky router for optimum set up?

Hi, would the 3rd Deco turn red when the connection dropped?

We used to get the feedback the APP would display the Deco is offline which is not and devices connected to it still get internet service;

Is it like your case?
