Model: Deco S4  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.4.3 Build 20200918 Rel. 77820

I have two production S4 networks in separate locations. I configured both of them with the Android Deco App. (ver 2.6.2) using the same email address. They are both functioning fine. I was able to easily switch between the two in the app.

 

However, one of the networks is now not showing up in the app. How do I reconnect to the missing network to the app without resetting the access points and starting over?

Hi,

 I checked under your TP-Link ID, there seems to be only one kit;

Would it be possible for your to send me the MAC address of the main Deco of back production?
