ax50 slowing down my internet speed

I bought this router for using wireless VR, it worked for few months but then i noticed slow speeds didnt find anything in settings, cable running to and from router is tested and i get 4 max Mb/s download from 100 Mb/s, both on wireless and wired. I have no idea what to do with it if its broken or there is some fix
