Philips smart tv cannot connect the TL-WR940N
Hello my philips tv cannot connect to wifi on router, what can I do, it says "there is no internet on wifi"

How about other devices in the network, are they able to get online when connecting to the router Wi-Fi? If not, please refer to the setup video to check the settings on the router:

If other devices are getting online correctly, while only the philips tv cannot, please check if it can get a correct IP address from the router, try to do a ping test from other devices in the same network. It is also suggested contacting the tv support to confirm if you need to change any setting on the router to allow it to connect.
