Hello everyone,
We understand you have been waiting for the Onemesh firmware for Archer AX11000 for long, here comes with the beta version. You can manually update your router firmware if you would like to implement the Onemesh with some existing range extenders.
This is the download link:
https://static.tp-link.com/beta/2021/202104/20210416/ax11000v1-up-ver1-2-0-P8[20210415-rel78917]_beta_2021-04-16_10.34.39.zip (No need to install this beta version anymore)
Refer to this guide to add the existing extender to the Onemesh network:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2509/
We hope you could help provide some details about the network layout, which will help us to understand your usage better:
1. What is the model number of the range extender that you want to add to the AX11000 Onemesh network? How many extenders?
2. How large of the house, how are the AX11000 and the range extenders located, are all on the same floor, or on different floors?
3. How about the Onemesh network performance? Is it as good as expected?
Do let us know how it goes. Have a nice day.

Kindly get back to the community with more details if you are experiencing an issue with the Onemesh usage, such as how far between the AX11000 and the two RE505X, how about the speed when you connect to the AX11000 network, and what is that when connect to the RE on the same device.

Like I stated previously, the built-in SpeedTest is even worse than before (previously it gave me something like 600-700 Mbps down).
But if I use any external programme, I always get +/- 940 Mbps down, i.e. what I'm paying for.

@Kevin_Z - Have been waiting for this for a loooong time! Thank you.
@Maciej - Level of detail you have provided here is really informative, thank you for sharing this.
I note that you are using 2 x RE505X, would you recommend these for me to trial OneMesh? I was planning on using a RE605X.
Cheers!

Thank you for your recognition. I'm trying to devote as much time as I can to helping with this firmware, as I think it holds a lot of promise.
As regards your question, I'll say this: if you can get the RE605X for a price similar to that of the RE505X, then my recommendation would be to go for it. But if you had to spend considerably more, I would buy the RE505X. Basically, they're the same (crucially, neither has WPA3 support), with the sole difference being that the RE605X is just a bit stronger, on paper at least, in 2.4 GHz.
I'll try to get back with some more info regarding OneMesh in a day or two, especially as I've received a mail from one of the TP-Link engineers, and, after I reply to him, I'd like to share my findings with the community.
On an optimistic note, I've been testing OneMesh continuously with two RE505Xs for the past few days, and I must say that stability has (magically?) improved.
But if you have any immediate questions, don't hesitate to ask.
Cheers!

I have update new beta firmware for AX11000 (22 April 2021)
1. What is the model number of the range extender that you want to add to the AX11000 Onemesh network? How many extenders?
Answer : RE605X(US) V1.0 (Just for 1 extender)
2. How large of the house, how are the AX11000 and the range extenders located, are all on the same floor, or on different floors?
Answer : I will answer you with picture
3. How about the Onemesh network performance? Is it as good as expected?
Answer : I will answer you with picture
1.before update firmware
2.after update firmware (Setting same I don't change anything)
position = same
internet ISP = same
3.after use one mesh function
Conclusion
AX11000 + RE605X can help dead zone = just OK very good
Speed internet = down for 15-20%
coverage area = can expand with same SSID
NEW problem
when I go to Main status of AX11000
SHOW = Operation failed.
Mesh Devices = 0 (I open onemesh function)
CAN anyone help me please How can I fix this problem ?
I'm just newbie and not proficient technical for network

Regarding your problem... have you rebooted your router after enabling OneMesh?
Or, better still, have you installed the new firmware from scratch?
I must say that my configuration gained some measure of stability when I installed the new firmware from scratch.
Also, do you use SmartConnect? I don't.
And I must say I like the speeds which you're getting on the RE605X. Mine have fallen by some 70% (from around 700 Mbps to 250 Mbps, give or take), although I use the RE505X.
