When I select Annex A/L/M from DSL settings, I get Error Code 1 Internal Error.

Hi, did this error code only start when you modify the DSL settings?
And normally the DSL settings would auto-sync with the DSL cable; May I know why did you want to change the DSL settings?
By the way, how long have you had the modem?
Thank you very much.

Yes, it happens only when I modify the DSL settings. It doesn't accept "Annex A/L/M" at all.
The default setting is "Annex A/L" but I would like to set "Annex A/L/M" to enable Annex M when it's available.
I have the modem for about a month.

Unfortunately, the newer firmware didn't fix it too:
"1.2.0 0.9.1 v00a1.0 Build 210220 Rel.36504n"

Hi, thank you very much for your time and patience.
Would you mind helping me run some test:
- Please go to advanced>system>backup& restore and back up the current settings;
- Then factory reset the modem;
- After that, please log in again and do not set up the modem yet;
- Then try to change the DSL settings again to see whether the error log still exists;
Wait for your reply.

Thank you very much and just want to confirm that it is on the default mode without any internet configuration, right?
And May I know how long have you had the modem?

Yes, default mode without any internet configuration.

Hi, thanks for the time and patience.
After checking with the engineers, there might be something wrong with the modem.
It is suggested that you could contact the shop retailer to ask for warranty service first;

@TP-Link
They don't accept because the modem is working fine.
It just doesn't set in "Annex A/L/M" mode.

Hi, is there any special reason that you want to change to "Annex A/L/M" mode or Did you have any issue on the current DSL mode?
By the way, May I know who is your DSL service provider?
Thank you.
