after every update i have to start grom Scratch. My app saus tplink internet and all of my settings are gone.
Can somebody tell me why i have to reinstall my deco home set.
IT most be possible tot have An update and keep your records. Maybe a backup solution would be nice for my profiles (14 persoons)
Hi, did you update the firmware from 1.5.1 to 1.5.3?
Normally, it would still keep the previous configurations after the firmware upgrade;
As for the backup feature, we already have a plan to add it in the future firmware release and please keep attention to the official website;

@TP-Link yes that was the update, i did IT overnight,and in the morning all internet was gone,all set back to tplink internet 😢
