Virgin Hub 3 issues
Hi all,
First time poster.
I recently bought the Deco M4 3 pack to extend my WiFi network.
I am a Virgin Media Fibre customer and am on the 350mb package. I had identified issues with the WiFi with devices upstairs.
However the Virgin App did not pick up any blackspots (mainly because you have to test using a mobile). Virgin were always out of stock of their mesh pods so I bit the bullet and got these.
Set it all up fine every connected. But then I read the hub3 should be in modem mode. So I switched this and now I cant get any of the Deco units to connect.
I have switched back to router mode and this still has the same outcome.
Nothing I try now seems to work so I am at a loss as what to do.
Set up:
Hub3 in Modem Mode
Deco unit 1 connected direct to hub 3 via ethernet cable
Deco unit 2 in upstairs bedroom 1
Deco unit 3 in upstairs bedroom 2
Help me please
