Hi, I tried to reset my Wifi extender for connecting to new router but after resetting the extender via pushing reset hole, it asked password again!

How should I do!?

Can you confirm the way resetting the range extender:

Factory reset: with RE powered on, push the reset hole for 8-10secs and most LEDs will flash once when you reset it successfully.
