Hi, please refer to the following suggestions:
1. At the back of the TD-W9960, which port is connected to the ISP, the DSL port, or the LAN/WAN port?
--if it is the DSL port, please make sure the DSL light is solid on;
--if it is the LAN/WAN port, you might need to switch the 9960 to the wireless router mode;
2. Who is your internet service provider and which internet connection type did you choose, PPPoE or Dynamic IP?
--if it is PPPoE, please make sure that you have the correct username and password;
