I am using DECO X20 AX1800 mesh network
The wifi connection is fine. However after installation, I found that my LAN direct connection from my modem to Smart TV internet connection and to my Desktop computer fail. Both devices cannot detect the LAN wire connection.
What is the problem?
Have you configured your modem to run in "bridge mode" when you installed Deco mesh? If you did, it'll disable all but one Ethernet port on modem.
Have you configured your modem to run in "bridge mode?" It is not clear from your reply.
If you did, walk back your changes. They are modem specific, refer to modem user manual.
If you have not made any configuration changes in your modem when you installed Deco, the problem must be elsewhere.
