Acrcehr C7 V4.0 EU bricked

Model: Archer C7

Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version: Archer C7(EU)_V4_180425

Today I tried to upgrade the C7`s firmware to the latest version: Archer C7(EU)_V4_190411

and somehow it get bricked in the process

Anyone any ideas how can it be resuscitated ?

Only the power led light up for a few seconds and nothing more.
If the reset and power button is pressed the WPS led is also light up
