Model: Deco M9 Plus  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.4.3 Build 20200921 Rel. 42500

The App and web version show that I have the latest firmware (see screenshot). However the download Web site lists Deco M9 Plus(US)_V2_1.5.1_210126 as the latest version. I tried to upgrade manually after downloading the latest firmware and nothing happened. Pop up said upgrading - but no upgrade or router reboot happened.

Hi, have you tried to manually upload the firmware 1.5.0 first, then to the 1.5.1 later:

https://static.tp-link.com/2021/202102/20210203/Deco_M9Plus_V2_1.5.0_201211.zip

https://static.tp-link.com/2021/202102/20210220/Deco_M9_Plus_V2_1.5.1_210126.zip

 

And since there are 3 Deco M9 plus units, did all behave the same: upgrade finished but the firmware did not change?
