@Archdv for me it looks like the issue is if room temperature is much than 28-30 degress... there was no issue until summer

@Vikalp

Same is been happening to me since latest firmware update, also it will disconnect from WAN i have to manually reboot it or power cycle the router.

i have two of them one as a router the other on the farther side of the house as an Ap and both of them are having the same behavior i think is the firmware that causing this issue.

My ISP is Frontier and my speed with them is 500up 500down which i only get if i plug straight to the ont port.

After this router i only get around 300 on WiFi and 380 wired.

i hope they fix the issue soon otherwise im getting rid on them.

I don't believe it's heat related in my case. Yesterday, we were blasting the AC and the room was 27C. Not to mention that the router sits in the open on a table, nothing within about 70cm of it and it has no dust clogging it up either. I nearly posted again last night as it happened again within an hour of my post and kicked me out of my game.

@Archdv  I experienced severe heat with AX20 and noticed the bottom doesn't have enough ventilation (AX10 looks similar) for air circulation, positioned router vertical with enough ventilation for air circulation and router temperature has come down.

@myag

Well, strangely, another vote for heat.

Alright, I will check it out by hand when I get home from work, but I am highly doubtful that's the issue.

@Kepro

I dunno. Seems fine to me. It's warm as it should be, but not hot at all. The room is cool as well. It just disconnected again a few miutes ago and I checked it out - seems normal tep to me.

@Archdv

Just a quick confirm, who is your ISP, and what is the WAN connection type on the AX10? We would like to follow it up via email later, please check and respond, thanks.

@MannyMoeFL

Do you mean the Internet LED on the main AX1500 became red when the issue happened? What if you leave the AP powered off, only leave the main AX1500 on, will it be stable?

@Kevin_Z

router is AX1500 V.1

it started happening after the latest firmware update 1.2.0 20210420 rel. 39971.

Wan will go red after couple of hours sometimes minutes if i get on the wifi and reboot the router it will start working fine then the cycle repeats multiple times during the day for now i took the main ax1500 off and got a ax3000 as a main router then left the AP Ax1500 alone on the other side of the house.

i have frontier FIOS 500mb/500mb only gets 470mbps if connected to the ont when on the router only get around 240 to 278
