problem in my router
i have ip static , and i configured it on my router , but when service down and up again , or electricty cut and come again the internet is not up until i remove ip ststic from router and re-assign again
and router didn't accept the subnetmask from isp , 255.255.255.252
what shoud i do to correct configure

Have you tried to update the firmware to be the latest one: ArcherVR400(EU)_V2_201104?
Did you use the Archer VR400 as a DSL modem router or wireless router?
---if it is the wireless router, have you tried to set up the same static IP settings on the computer to see if the PC had the same issue?
Would there be any error message when the router did not accept the subnet mask 255.255.255.252?

now i upgrade the firmware you sent to me but the same problem .
i use it as as a VDSL modem router
what i do now ?
can i upgrade firmware to v3 ?

Hi, we could not use the firmware of V3 on the V2;
May I know who is your internet service provider and Is the static IP connection required by the internet service provider?
Have you tried the Dynamic IP on the Archer VR400?
