Make sure your wireless security settings are the same as they were in router mode for all bands.. This is also valid for the wireless password you are using.

If that persists you may have to reconnect the VR head set from scratch.

For example:

Hi, you can check if the Smart Connect is enabled or not on the AX11000? Try to disable it, then you will be able to create a different network name for the 2.4G and 5G, then verify if the issue occurs on the 2.4G or 5G. If the 5G network is not stable, please try to modify the 5G wireless settings on the AX11000, such as wireless channel and channel width. It is suggested to run a Wi-Fi analyzer to find a clear channel, then change the channel width to 40MHz, reboot the router and reconnect to the wireless network, then confirm.

@Kevin_Z  As soon as you turn the ap mode on you cant login to the modem's advenced settings anymore and make any changes (http://192.168.0.1/ page doesent respond wireless or wired) .The devices cant also connect to the network anymore. Only the tether app works over my phone . Everything works fine without the ap mode. Every devices connects to the network smoothly.

My brain is basicly boilin and Im thinking about returning this piece of ****!.

May I know the detailed network layout? How is the AX11000 connected to the network? Is there another modem router in the network? When you change the AX11000 into access point mode, ensure you have changed the LAN IP address to be in the same IP subnet as that of the main modem router. Let's say, if the LAN IP address of the modem router is 192.168.1.1, you need to change the IP address of the AX11000 to 192.168.1.250 or 192.168.1.x, then you will be able to access the web interface.

BTW, please refer to the below setup video to check and ensure the settings on the AX11000 are correct when you configure it to work as an access point:
