I find that setting the expiration time set on a dhcp server in vain does not take it into account. Thus the lease time is more than 100 years

Can you execute in command prompt the following and see if that will adjust the lease time according to your router settings:
ipconfig/release
ipconfig/flushdns
ipconfig/renew

The above commands did not help
This expiration date will only be used for a resolved ip address.
