Firmware Version: 1.0.7 Build 20200922 Rel. 39466

Hi Team,

I had Archer C6 as main router which configured at Hall and RE200 as Mesh Device/Extender which configure at Bedroom(my office setup).

My Laptop Dell Latitude 5410 is intermediately loosing the internet while it connected with RE200 Device using Wifi & LAN both connection.

RE200 device is also removing from the Mesh Network List.

I've upgraded the latest firmware on Archer C6 & RE200, but still facing internet disconnect issue majorly.

Note - I've already changed the Laptop & ISP provider also.

Hi,

When the connection dropped, would the 2.4ghz and 5ghz lights turn off?

if possible, Could you please try to turn off the Onemesh feature on the Archer C6 or did not add RE200 as the mesh extender;

And please also try to change the wireless channel on the C6, like channel 11 for 2.4ghz, and channel 40 for 5ghz to have a look;

@TP-Link ,

I’ve made the below mentioned changes, however after making changes the wifi light showing “red” on extender device.

I am really facing major issue with Internet access, pls help me on this.
