Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Since there has been no response to the previous thread and it is being purposely buried, here we go again.

Where is the new firmware that supports OneMesh for the Archer AX11000?

When will it be released?

We've been waiting for a very long time.

Have the decency to give us an answer.

@Lord_OverKill

Hi, the developer does provide a beta version for the Onemesh firmware for the AX11000, you can install it on yours if you want to build up an Onemesh network with an existing Onemesh range extender. Get the download link from the below thread:

https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/261318

The official version will be available soon, you can wait for the official version if you don't want to use the beta firmware.

Thanks a lot.

Hi Team,

It was stated late last year that the firmware would be available within 2 months. Is there any update to this timeline?

@boyne

We have replied you multiple times already that the Onemesh firmware for the AX11000 will be after that of the AX6000, which has been officially released this next, so it won't be long to get the Onemesh for the AX11000.

As you can see the latest firmware for the AX6000 here:

@Kevin_Z

That is a bold faced lie! You haven't replied since November and stated that the firmware would be ready late December or early January, a time frame which has come and gone. At least you finally had the decency to reply after many, many posts by many people other than myself.

I won't be buying any more TP-Link products with customer service like this, having to goad you into doing the right thing and waiting for a reply for months.

Unfortunately I tend to agree - pretty disappointed that I bought the TP-Link AX11000 - at least it was on sale for $400 CAD + Tax...

You guys HAVE to be up in profits enough to hire some additional firepower to take care of all of your upset customers on the forums.  I'm honestly blown away that it's taken this long.

Please give us a real answer, and quit pussyfooting around.

@boyne

Now that we're a little ways into March, just curois how the new AX11000 firmware is coming along @Kevin_Z?

Any update? Has it reached Alpha? Beta? How are the regression test going?

Any idea when we might see a release?

Also waiting impatiently for their FLAGSHIP PRODUCT to have functionality that should already exist and be a priority for the dev team. I did something stupid and bought an RE605X as well, assuming this release will actually happen. Thanks.

Wow, I like how persistent you guys are on this...

Seen this thread going for MONTHS!!!

To be honest the more I look at this whole Mesh thing the more I get disappointed in this router and product line in general.

It saddens me that the access point is not POE? And more like, the router doesn't have POE, it doesn't have console access and only has some basic features available.

I actually got it just because of whole wifi6 and fast speeds, but in 1+ year actually a lot of things popped up on the market that look a lot jucier.

Good thing I got it at costco on sale at one point cutting down ~100 bucks!

But yeah, look at Ubiquity new product line and marketing, ho-ly-cow they are sexy.

Anyhow... hope this issue is resolved soon

@boyne

I am absolutely sick and tired of the deception and the run around from TP-Link and Kevin Z. I bought this really expensive router because of the OneMesh just like many, many other people. We were told that it would be late December or early January for the firmware supporting OneMesh.

Just the other day, we were told it's coming soon, and yet, still no sign of it. So...:

Where is the new firmware that supports OneMesh for the Archer AX11000?

When will it be released?

We've been waiting for a very long time.

Have the decency to give us a defininitive answer and not the same old run around of "soon".
