Model: Archer C20  
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 0.9.1 4.16 v0001.0 Build 181213 Rel.63587n

I have 75 mbps bandwidth ISP plan.
On 5GHZ I get 72mbps+ speed but on 2.4GHZ I'm getting < 15mbps speed.

I have tried the below solutions but no luck:
1. Reset Router.
2. Upgraded firmware again.

3. Only one device connected to 2.4 GHZ.

 

Please help me with this.

Hi, did you also change the wireless settings on the 2.4ghz, such as channel 11 and channel width 40mhz

By the way, did all your 2.4ghz available devices have the same slow speed?

And how long have you had the device and when did this issue start?
