If you can't find such an option anywhere (it's usually in System Tools->System parameters menu) then the feature to change the negotiation speed is not implemented - you can only observe the already negotiated speed, but not changing it. As for how to achieve 100 mbps-full duplex, use different port on the ISP device if possible or use a different Cat 5E/ Cat 6 cable.

As I wrote, you have only two options: Try with another cable or use different port on the device before the C20 router.

That usually happens when the cable is faulty or too long or one of devices' port doesn't like it.

If the other cable end reporting 100 mbps-full duplex, then it probably is. It maybe just incorrectly displayed in C20 interface. What's your tested internet connection speed when connected to the C20 router ?

With different router the internet speed is normal, right ?

Do a hard reset (Method 1) of the device and re-configure from scratch.

If the issue persists then maybe you have a case of incompatible devices' ports (FW or HW related) or faulty C20 Internet port.

It's just not implemented. In most of the cases auto-sensing would do the job. Try the action from my previous post and see if that helps.

Yes, you don't have to use an extra HW to achieve that. That's why I asked if you can switch ports or cabling. But then again you can't negotiate more than 10 mbps directly. Refer back to my post #10.
