@JohnChong978 Hello,
Thank you for your valuable feedback, in the recent post you mentioned ' I had been request for replacement 2 times, but also the same ' .
To narrow down the cause, it is recommended to test the TX3000E with a computer using a different motherboard.
Intel released a driver in June 2021, you could try the latest driver ( 22.50.1 for now) and see if that helps with the issue:

If this adapter works fine with a different computer, it is recommended to contact our local support and see they have any further suggestion for your case:

Your understanding is much appreciated.

@JohnChong978 Hello,
Thank you for your reply, as you have requested replacement 2 times, another replacement may not help, I doubt it could be the issue with certain computer or motherboard. If you got another computer to test, please also give it a try.
As users have to follow the local RMA policy, you could let local support know and see if they have any solution or better suggestion on your RMA case.

This might be late for you, but it might be helpful for other people. I bought the same product and had the exact same problem.
Apparently, the problem occurs with the official tp-link driver, since for some reason it is in German and generates some kind of conflict with the operating system (in my case, it is in Spanish)
It happened to me that it did not recognize the device and when it worked, when restarting or shutting down the computer, it returned to the same thing that it did not recognize it.
The solution I found was to completely remove the driver and install the generic driver that Intel has for the Wi-Fi 6 protocol.
I hope that tp-link puts a little more effort in its drivers, since on the page it only offers a driver to download, it does not allow you to download previous versions, the driver that I downloaded said it was in English, but when installing the menu It was a mixture of Spanish, German and English.
