We have just moved house and have switched on the Router but for some reason it will not take the old password. How do we reset it. Tried the factory rest button at the rear but still will not work. Any ideas please.

Hard reset (Method 1) the device.Default login after reset should be admin/admin (router IP address:192.168.0.1)

Then re-configure the device and set new passwords for the Web GUI and wireless networks.
