Hi, we have two PS4s, in adjoining bedrooms upstairs. New TP link RE450, located upstairs and within 3 metres of both PS4s, works really well from our downstairs V-media Hub 3 with all devices BUT only 1 of the PS4s. Speed test suggests much the same environment in both bedrooms. Message on PS4 is: '... failed to connect in time window' or some such. Any ideas or easy solutions for non tech dad :)???

We would like to forward your case to the senior engineers and could you please help me check the following information:

May I know the hardware and firmware version of the RE450?
It does not limit to a specific PS4 each time but once connected, the other would disconnect, right?

--what if one is connected via Wi-Fi, the other via Ethernet connection and would they work at the same time?

May I know the model number of your home router as well?
