I lost access via IP address as well when upgrading to 1.5.0
I however was able to get webaccess by going to https://tplinkdeco.net
(Just ignore the security error)
Maybe that works for you as well
Good luck!

I've upgraded my M9 plus v2 to the 1.5.0 firmware last week. The web interface is now accessible without needing to specify the port number, ie it now runs on the default http port of 80. Before I think it used 30000. In fact, you can also use https if you wish (however your browser will likely compolain about the certificate).
If your LAN IP in advanced settings is 192.168.1.1 then use http://192.168.1.1
