Deco M5 not working
Deco M5 (main) stopped working after update. No light, power, nothing showing. Checked with another adapter even no solution.

Did you update the firmware via Deco APP or web interface?
Would there be any power outage during the firmware update?
How long have you had the Deco?
Have you tried to change another power socket to have a look?
If still nothing happened, please try to contact the local support team to check for warranty service;

Hi!
My deco also suddenly went dead. I was able to update it but after several hours it went dead. I tried powering it on using the adapter of my other Deco M5 using a different socket but it didn't power on. Please help
