So just got this New router-modem changed from a Plusnet one hub and on the Plusnet router I would see speeds on Ethernet of 60.00-79.00 i changed over to this one as we have a lot more things on wireless and the plusnet could not keep up with all our devices 

this one seems to keep a goodish connection to the devices but now my connection seems to be at Image1 image2

I have looked on here for ideas and ways to fix it but seems I can't find a good fix I thought I would ask for a helping hand as I rather like the features this router has. 

things I have tried trying to change the negotiation speed for the port 

1. log in to the web UI of the Archer C6 and go to the Basic-Network map page, click the Archer C6 image/icon and scroll down this page, you will see the ethernet negotiation speed of the LAN ports, show us the screenshot.
2. Go to Advanced-system tools-system parameters to edit the duplex, change it to 1000Mbps full-duplex. (cant find this at all on the UI)
3. After that, try to test the negotiation speed on your PC again. It is strongly suggested to change another cat5e or above cable. 
4. It is also suggested to change another wired device with gigabit ethernet ports to do a test.
