Hello

 

I've just purchased an Archer AX-50. IPv6 is working fine, but I need to be able to open some ports on particular IPv6 IPs (80, 443). It seems that the unit is blocking all incoming TCP connections. Is there a way to unblock IPv6 ports for specific hosts?

 

The extremely basic and fairly old Netcomm NF18ACV-NC2 that I bought the AX-50 to replace had this functionality, but I can't seem to find it in the configuration UI.

Refer to this thread. I suspect a similar situation.

Thanks Ivaylo That's a shame, like the person in that thread I bought this unit assuming that IPv6 support allowed for controlling the firewall / forwarding ports on v6. I'm tempted to return it now, even though it's excellent in other regards. Getting a static IPv4 address from my ISP so I can host things from home costs a fair bit, so it's a real issue.
