I just bought the extender and I've done the setup on the app, but the Ethernet light doesn't seem to turn on, I have read that if the light is on, it is connected to at powered-on device. I have put in the cable and there is still no light, have I done something wrong in the setup or could it be the cable that is something wrong with?

Hi,

May I know the model number of your range extender?

Have you changed another cable to have a look, or even another wired device?

And except the Ethernet light, how about other lights and did they lit up as they are supposed to be?
