I have installed the Utility but when I open the app there is nothing there.

I have been using the powerline for several weeks between router and my PC without problems, but recently added a second set of units to attach to a TV Set Top Box. The second set of units seem to be causing issues with my broadband router and I want to see how the system is configured.

For the PLC utility issue with the windows flash, please try to update the powerline utility to the latest version:

https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202011/20201127/tpPLC%20Utility.zip

 after that, if there is any further issue, please feel free to update it here.
