Model: Deco M4  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.4.3

I have a Brother Wi-Fi printer.  It is connected to the M4 network.  This is confirmed by the Deco app, the printer itself and by using the Get-Printer -full command.

 

Printer is in ready status but Windows 10 PC cannot see it or ping it.  This printer was working until I installed my new M4 network.  

 

I am trying to look at both ends of this issue going here and to Brother to try to determine which end is giving me the problem.

@gwinegarden UPDATE!!

 

Worked with Brother Tech Support and they were able to determine that it was at the printer end.  They helped me resolve the situation.

Sorry the headline is incorrect!.  I had started to write that post but then determined that the ip address is correct.  Forgot to change the heading.

Can you summarize Brother's solution? I have a similar problem and I hate to start from scratch with Brother support.

@Microbrain I had been unable to use the software to fix the issue as it kept freezing.  I had also tried connecting, manually, through the control panel but I must have messed that up.  Support had me do a WiFi reset and redo the setup, manually, and it finally worked.
