Have successfully paired the 2 TP links but not getting any wifi signal at the receiver
only 2 leds showing but not the wifi LED

Have you logged into the AV600 and configured the WiFi ?
As this is a powerline adaptor and not a repeater it will need setup first. You can connect to the device using its IP address and admin/admin as username/password
You may find the WiFi is off by default if not setup
