Model: Archer VR900  
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 0.5.0.0.9.1 v0069.0 Build 200708 Beta.64424n

After latest firmware upgrade whenever an upload/file transfer takes place from any device on the network the internet freezes and no device connected has internet.

To better assist you, please provide us with the below information:

 

1. Can you please describe the detailed symptom of the freezing issue? How about the LEDs status on the VR900? Are they all turning off then on automatically, how did you recover the connection?

 

2. How much bandwidth you got from the ISP? How many devices in the network? When some device is downloading files, will it occupy all or most of the bandwidth?

 

3. How about online streaming, will it affect the internet connection on the VR900 as well?

 

4. Does this issue occur after you update the modem firmware? Was it all find with the previous version? Please check if you can downgrade to the previous, confirm if the issue caused by the firmware upgrade.
