Anyone having issues with the deco app. I started it up tonight for the first time in a while and I have no settings available to change. When I go to the to network and hit the "more" button at the bottom of the app I get the following page. Clicking on the advanced button just gives me a blank page.

 

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but getting the same issue

Hi, you could have a look at this link to reboot the Deco:

[Solution] Only the Advanced and Manager features show up on the Deco app

if reboot did not help, please send us the APP log via Deco feedback.

May I know the model number and operating system of your smartphone?

How about the version of the Deco APP?

If you could constantly reproduce the same issue, could you please share a screen-recording video clip to me?

By the way, what is the model number of your Deco device and what is the operating mode of the Deco, wireless router or access point?

The deco app version is 2.4.9

 

My phone operating system is android 10 and is Xiaomi redmi note 8T

 

I have also tried it on my Samsung galaxy Tab A tablet and I am getting the same problem.

 

The deco is the M4R ver2 in wireless router mode. I can't tell you the firmware as there are no options available to me from the deco app

At the same time, is the internet service still ok when the APP went wrong?

Would rebooting the smartphone, or deleting the APP and installing it again help or not?

Yes the internet is working ok. I have rebooted both devices and have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I still have the same problem.

...and in fact, I just installed the app on an Ipad, and got the same results.  Maybe my Decos need a reboot?

The same happens with me. A reboot is not a permenent solution.

Hi, after a reboot, were you still able to reproduce the same issue on the APP only advanced/manager features left on the APP?

If yes, It would be highly appreciated to send us the APP log.
