My TPLINK router is not working properly.
Some devices can connect normally and some can't.
Others devices connect one day and the next day wont connect?
What could be the problem here? This router is brand new I started using it in November.
Hi, please help confirm some details, then we can try to work it out:
1. What is the light status on the W9970 when some devices won't connect or disconnect?
2. Please login to its web interface page to take a snapshot of the DSL status page when there is no internet on the devices connected to the W9970.

3. How do you make it back to work after if some devices cannot connect to the network?
