WIFI does not appear in my laptop WiFi list
My work laptop (Windows 10) is the only device in my household that cannot connect to the wifi network. When I click on available WiFi networks, my wifi network does not appear.
Any help? Ideas?

Hi,
Please refer to the following suggestion to have a look:
1. turn off the fast roaming and beam forming on the Deco APP;
--if still not, please enable the guest Wi-Fi for 2.4ghz only to test again;
By the way, what is the model number of the windows 10 and could you please refer to this link to check the system info and driver info as well:

I agree with the TP Link answer, my guess is your device doesnt support 5GHz WiFi
If you send us some details on the WiFi card model we could probably tell if this is the case. Example below of what you are looking for, in this case an intel dual band AC 8265

I've seen office laptops locked by IT to only office WiFi networks. If your office laptop doesn't see any WiFi networks while at your home, that might be the case.

Ok so its deffinately a dual band card and should be able to see the 2 and 5ghz bands.
Try installing WiFi Analyser for windows and see if you can see the SSID in there.. Also do you know what channel you are broadcasting on?

If you have any screenshots you can add that would help

Hi,
Some WiFi cards can be set to receive % GHz only, or 2.4 GHz only or both. In the setup it may use 80211.n or 80211.ac in the descriptor.
I have a card set to receive 80211.ac only (5 GHz) as it is better bandwidth.
