Good morning. I installed the modem router ARCHER VR600 following the directions from the app. But the connection is much slower than expected. What can be the cause? Thank you

Make sure the button on the top hasnt been pressed, this will disable the LEDs. Run some tests wired and wireless to see how it looks and post the results.

You were right, the LEDs were off, I switched the botton and now they are on, ok.

Glad you got the LEDs working ok. Looking at your test results this seems exactly what I would expect in relation to performance, sadly online speed tests are never exact
Your connection speed at the wire appears to be 7.3mbps, the test results you got from speedtest come in at 6.2mbps. Dispite this being lower its still what I would expect to see as a result, you will normally get around 85-90% of your line speed. This obviously depends on the server you are testing against, time of day, traffic etc.
It was good to see the WiFi and LAN coming in the same results. It looks as though you are getting as fast as is possible so hopefully this should feel the same as before.
For reference here is my result on speedtest, my line speed reads as 52 down 18 up
